Product and service quality. Quality guarantees
The quality of door leaves and door leaf products presented in CORIDOOR complies with the manufacturer’s technical conditions “Doors and door leaf products with various finishes and facing materials”.
The quality of door leaf products (door frames, portal elements, etc.) complies with the technical conditions established by the manufacturer.
The quality of door fittings complies with the technical requirements of the relevant manufacturers.
The quality of entrance (metal) door blocks complies with applicable standards.
The buyer/customer has the opportunity to familiarize himself with the manufacturer’s technical documentation and conditions before concluding the contract. By concluding the contract, the buyer confirms that he has been given access to the specified documentation.
The buyer is obliged to check the product for visible defects before installation. Claims related to visible defects after installation are not accepted.
Due to the characteristics of natural materials, slight differences in tone and texture are not considered defects. The color of products with natural wool may differ slightly from the images in the exhibition sample and catalog, and this does not constitute a defect.
For interior door sets and door leaf products – X months;
Entrance (metal) doors:
Metal construction – X months;
Cover – X months;
Locks – X months;
Cylinders, fittings and sets – X months;
Furniture products – X months.
Claims for defects in fittings, locks, cylinders and other components are accepted within the relevant warranty period.
The warranty does not apply to damage that has arisen as a result of improper storage and operation, mechanical damage, changes to the structure or the influence of third parties.
The warranty includes free repair or replacement of the product only if the defect arose through the responsibility of the manufacturer or seller.
Products containing natural materials should be installed only after all repair work has been completed.
The warranty on the installation work performed is valid for X months from the date of signing the acceptance certificate.
After 12 months of operation, the service of moving mechanisms (hardware) is not included in the warranty conditions and is performed in accordance with the prices.
Holdings/squeaks caused by the natural properties of wooden structures are not considered a warranty case.
Defects in the work revealed during the warranty period that interfere with normal operation will be eliminated at the expense of the contractor within the agreed time frame.
The seller has the right to refuse warranty service in case of violation of the rules for the operation of the product.
The service life of the product for interior doors is X years. The service life of the hardware and entrance door components is determined by their manufacturers.
The CORIDOOR interior panel, which is used on the entrance door of another manufacturer, performs an aesthetic function. It is recommended that its installation be carried out by specialists from the entrance door manufacturer. CORIDOOR is not responsible for the results of installation performed on a third party door.
